Bolos

Bolo mágico fofo e húmido

Ingredientes:

8 gemas
8 claras batidas em castelo
1 pitada de sal

1 litro de leite morno
250 gr de manteiga derretida e fria
250 gr de açúcar

225 gr de farinha
Raspa de 1 limão
1 vagem de baunilha raspada

Modo de preparo:

Pré aqueça o forno a 180º.

Bater as claras em castelo com uma pitada de sal. Bater as gemas com o açúcar e a baunilha até obter um creme esbranquiçado e fofo. Adicione a manteiga, o leite e por fim a farinha peneirada e as raspas de limão. Misturar bem e depois envolver as claras delicadamente no preparado anterior.

Untar com manteiga uma forma alta e rectangular (30×20) e polvilhá-la com farinha.
Deitar a massa no tabuleiro e levar ao forno 10 minutos a 180º e depois mais 50 minutos a 160º. Verificar com o palito de esta cozido.

Deixe arrefecer antes de o cortar. Polvilhe por cima com açúcar baunilhado.
