Ingredientes.
2 chavenas de açúcar
4 ovos
1 chavena de óleo
2 chávenas de farinha com fermento
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
sumo e raspa de 1 limão
Ligar o forno a 180º
Untar uma forma para bolos com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha.
Misturar todos os ingredientes num copo misturados e bater bem.
Deitar o prepardo na forma e levar ao forno a cozer cerca de 35/40 minutos.
