Pudins

Pudim de gelatinas de ananás

INGREDIENTES:

O,5 L de leite
5 ovos
5 colheres de sopa de açúcar
1 colher de sopa de farinha Maisena

2 saquetas de gelatina de ananás
ananás q.b.
missangas doces coloridas

PREPARAÇÃO:

Leve ao lume o leite e deixe levantar fervura. Retire e reserve em local quente.
À parte misture num tacho as gemas com o açúcar e a maizena e mexa bem.

Verta sobre este preparado o leite em fio e leve a lume brando em banho-maria até engrossar.
Levante as claras em castelo. Retire o preparado anterior do lume, junte-lhe o conteúdo das saquetas de ananás e mexa bem. Envolva cuidadosamente as claras.

Passe a forma de pudim por água fria.
Verta o creme na forma e leve ao congelador durante 2 horas.
Depois, mude para o frigorífico e deixe ficar até ao momento de servir.

Antes de servir, mergulhe rapidamente a forma em água quente (desenforma-se melhor), desenforme e decore com cubinhos de ananás e missangas coloridas ou outra decoração a gosto.
