Receitas

Strogonoff de frango

Ingredientes:

500g de peito de frango
200g de cogumelos frescos
1 cebola
400ml de natas


100ml de vinho do Porto
3c. de sopa de polpa de tomate
1c. De sopa de ketchup
2c. De sopa de mostarda


1c. de café de noz moscada
Sumo de 1 limão
Manteiga q.b.
Alho em pó q.b.


Tabasco q.b.
Sal q.b.
Pimenta q.b.
Salsa q.b.

Preparação:

Parta o peito de frango às tiras. Tempere com sal, pimenta alho em pó, uma colher de mostarda e a noz moscada. Envolva tudo e reserve por 30min. Depois regue com o de sumo de limão e leve a fritar num pouco de manteiga. Reserve.

Passe os cogumelos numa frigideira até perderem a água toda. Reserve.

Na mesma frigideira coloque mais um pouco de manteiga e a cebola picada até ficar macia.

Junte a polpa, o ketchup, a mostarda e o vinho do Porto. Deixe o álcool evaporar.

Adicione o peito e os cogumelos. Envolva.
Em seguida junte as natas e tempere com sal, pimenta, alho em pó e Tabasco. Deixe ferver.


Assim que ferver, retire do lume e polvilhe com salsa picada.
Sirva com arroz branco e batata frita.
