Bolos

Bolo de Cenoura Avelã e Chocolate maravilhoso e fácil de preparar

INGREDIENTES

3 Cenouras grandes, raladas
(cerca de 400 gr de cenouras)
5 Ovos

1 chávena de Óleo
2 1/2 chávenas de Açucar
3 1/2 chávenas de Farinha

1 c.sopa de Fermento
1 pitada de Sal
100 gr de Avelã moida

1º) Descascam-se e ralam-se as Cenouras

2º) Batem-se muito bem os Ovos com o Açucar e o Óleo. Acrescenta-se de seguida a Cenoura ralada, a Avelã moída e a pitada de Sal

3º) Junta-se por fim a Farinha com o Fermento, previamente peneirados, envolvendo-se cuidadosamente sem bater. Vai a cozer em forma redonda, untada com margarina e polvilhada com farinha, em forno moderado (170º). Desenformar ainda quente.

COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE

Deitar num pequeno tacho, 200 gr Chocolate + 2 c.sopa Manteiga + 6 c.sopa Leite.

Misturar tudo e levar ao lume em banho-maria até se obter um creme homogéneo
Deitar este creme, ainda quente, por cima do bolo
