Paté de sapateira (à minha maneira)

1 chávena de maionese
miolo do recheio de uma sapateira

salsa fresca picada, cebolinho fresco picado e tomilho fresco a gosto
sal e pimenta moída a gosto
sumo de limão a gosto

Numa taça coloque o recheio da sapateira e esfarele com as mãos ou pique bem com um garfo.

Adicione a maionese e as ervas frescas bem picadas, envolva tudo muito bem com uma colher.

Prove e retifique o sal e a pimenta moída ao seu gosto.
Junte umas gotas de sumo de limão, vá envolvendo e provando até estar ao seu gosto.

Coloque o paté na casca da sapateira (lave bem a casca antes de usar), leve ao frigorífico até ao momento de servir.

Sirva bem fresco acompanhado de tostinhas 🙂
