Bolo de maçã

Ingredientes

3 maçãs
1 chávena de chá de açúcar
2 chávenas de chá de trigo
2 colheres de chá de fermento

1/2 copo de leite
70 gramas de margarina
6 ovos
50 gramas de açúcar

Sumo de 1 limão
Raspa de 1/2 limão

Preparação

1. Descasque e corte as maçãs em pedaços, polvilhe com as 50 gramas de açúcar e o sumo de limão e deixe macerar
2. Bata a chávena de açúcar com os ovos e a margarina até ficar cremoso. acrescente a farinha, o leite e raspa de limão e bata mais. Acrescente o fermento e bata mais um pouco.

3. Unte uma forma com margarina e forre com papel vegetal tambem untado. Deite a massa na forma e leve ao forno. Depois de 15 minutos deite os pedaços de maçã bem escorridos sobre o bolo e leve novamente ao forno até cozer (+ ou – 30 minutos).

4. Depois de pronto deite o caldo em que as maçãs estiveram a macerar sobre o bolo
