Bolos

Bolo de cenoura maçã e canela

Ingredientes

5 ovos
125g de queijo quark
50g de farinha de teff (opcional, pode usar apenas 250g de farinha de trigo)

200g de farinha de trigo
1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
1 colher (chá) de canela em pó Suldouro

1 colher (sopa) de geleia de arroz (opcional, pode usar 100g de açúcar)
3 cenouras raladas
1 maçã ralada

100g de coco ralado
manteiga e farinha para untar e polvilhar a forma q.b.
coco ralado para decorar q.b.

Preparação

Ligue o forno a 180.ºC.
Numa taça, junte os ovos, com o queijo quark, as farinhas e o fermento em pó peneirados e a canela em pó.
Mexa bem.
Adicione as cenouras e a maçã, previamente descascadas e raladas, o coco ralado e a geleia de arroz.

Misture tudo muito bem e, quando obtiver uma mistura homogénea, unte uma forma com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha. Despeje a massa na forma e leve a cozer, cerca de 30 minutos.
Decore com coco ralado.
