Receitas

Batatas Gratinadas com Bacalhau

Ingredientes:

1 kg de batatas
2 lombos de bacalhau grandes
1 cebola grande, cortada em rodelas finas

1 dente de alho grande, picado
3 colheres de sopa de azeite
meio litro de leite gordo
2 dl de natas

1 folha de louro
Pimenta acabada de moer
Sal
Noz moscada

Preparação:

Leve o leite ao lume com o louro. Assim que levantar fervura tire do lume e verta sobre o bacalhau, tape e deixe assim por 30 minutos.
Descasque as batatas e corte-as em rodelas bem finas.
Lave bem as batatas e escorra.

Escorra bem o bacalhau, desfaça-o e tire-lhe as espinhas.
Refogue a cebola no azeite quente até ficar bem macia mas sem ganhar cor, junte o alho picado e mexa.
Junte o bacalhau desfeito, bem escorrido, mexa e reserve.

Coloque as batatas num tacho e cubra com as natas, o leite, junte um pouco de sal, e leve ao lume.
Assim que levantar fervura deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos em lume brando e com o tacho tapado e depois tire do lume.

Pré aqueça o forno a 180º.
Numa assadeira coloque a mistura de bacalhau e por cima coloque as batatas e as natas em camadas e polvilhe noz moscada.
Leve ao forno por 35 minutos até que fique dourado.
