Bolos

RECEITA BOLO DE CANELA

Ingredientes:

Calda:

. 1 1/2 chavena (chá) de açúcar
. 2 chavenas (chá) de água

. 1 pedaço de 5 cm de casca de limão
. 1 pau de canela

Massa:

. 2 chavenas (chá) de açúcar
. 1/2 chavena (chá) de manteiga
. 4 ovos

. 3 chavenas (chá) de farinha de trigo
. 1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico em pó
. 1/2 colher (sopa) de canela em pó

Preparação:

Leve ao fogo os ingredientes da calda e deixe ferver por quatro minutos. Reserve.

Massa: Na batedeira, bata o açúcar com a manteiga até obter um creme fofo. Junte os ovos, um a um, batendo bem.

Acrescente os ingredientes secos previamente misturados, sem bater, mexendo com uma espátula. Passe para uma forma alta de buraco no meio com 20 cm, bem untada.

Leve ao forno, preaquecido em temperatura média, por 35 minutos ou até dourar. Retire do forno e solte a massa da forma, mas não desenforme o bolo. Regue com a calda e aguarde dez minutos para desenformar. Sirva frio.
