Tortas

Fatias douradas de laranja

Ingredientes:

4 fatias de pão
2 ovos

100ml leite
2 colheres de sopa de natas
1 ou 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo

Raspa e sumo de meia laranja
1 pitada pequena de sal
Manteiga ou óleo para fritar

Num prato fundo bater os ovos com o leite, natas, sumo e raspa de laranja, açúcar e sal.
Passar uma fatia de pão pela mistura de ovos deixando ensopar uns segundos de cada lado (com outro tipo de pão, mais duro, será necessário mais tempo).

Aquecer um pouco (o mínimo necessário) de mateiga ou óleo numa frigideida anti-aderente e fritar a fatia de pão de cada lado até dourar.

Repetir com o restante pão.
Se substituirem as natas por leite apenas, trocarem o açúcar por adoçante e reduzirem o gordura da fritura ao mínimo, acaba por ser um doce de Natal leve mas muito saboroso.
