Bolos

Bolo de Mel com Nozes

Ingredientes:

6 ovos
300 grs de açúcar
0,5 dl de mel
1 colher (chá) de canela em pó
1 colher (café) de erva-doce em pó

300 grs de farinha de trigo
2 colheres (sobremesa) de fermento em pó
acrescentei o miolo de 3 nozes, cortado grosseiramente.

Preparação:

Num recipiente, misture as gemas com o açúcar e o mel.
Acrescente também a canela e a erva-doce.

Junte a farinha peneirada com o fermento e, por fim, envolva as claras batidas em castelo firme.
Mexa energicamente com uma vara de arames até obter uma massa mole.

Junte-lhe algumas colheres de leite, se for necessário (eu juntei 3 colheres de sopa e acrescentei o miolo das nozes).

Unte com margarina e polvilhe com farinha uma forma redonda (a minha era de chaminé) e verta o preparado.
Leve a cozer a 180ºC, por cerca de 40 e 45 minutos.
Retire, deixe arrefecer e desenforme para um prato de servir.
