Bolos

Bolo de Maçã Iogurte e Canela

Ingredientes:

1 iogurte natural
3 medidas de farinha
2 medidas de açucar
1/2 medida de óleo

1 c. de chá de canela
1 c. de chá de fermento
4 ovos
2 maçãs raladas

Preparação:

Bata todos os ingredientes, com exceção da maçã até começar a formar bolhas. Junte a maçã ralada e envolva com uma colher. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC, numa forma de coroa previamente untada e polvilhada com farinha cerca de 35 minutos. Verifique a cozedura com um palito.
