Receitas

Broa Recheada

Ingredientes:

1 broa de pão de centeio
2 linguiças
150g de bacon

1 pacote de queijo da ilha ralado
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho

maionese q.b. (usei caseira)
1 c. chá de oregãos secos

Preparação:

Comece por tirar uma tampa ao pão. Retire depois todo o interior, o miolo, em pedaços e reserve.

Pique os alhos e a cebola muito bem na picadora. Retire a pele à linguiça e a parte do couro ao bacon. Pique também e de seguida envolva com o alho e a cebola. Misture o queijo ralado, os oregãos e junte maionese a gosto, mas com cuidado para não colocar demais.

Coloque a mistura dentro da broa e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180º durante 15 minutos, ou até gratinar bem. A meio do tempo coloque à volta os pedacinhos de pão e a tampa.
Sirva com os pedacinhos de pão torrado e com tostas.
