Cheesecake Delicia de Chocolate

Base:

Bolachas digestivas
margarina amolecida

Creme:

200 ml de natas frescas
2 iogurtes naturais
200 g. queijo creme

1 chávena (chá) de açúcar
5 folhas de gelatina
1 chávena (chá) de cacau em pó

Cobertura:

Chocolate granulado

Preparação:

Triture as bolachas na picadora e junte-lhes a margarina amolecida, amasse tudo muito bem.
Coloque o aro de uma forma desmontável, no prato onde vai servir a sobremesa, com a massa de bolacha e alise bem, de forma a criar uma base.

Bata com batedeira o queijo creme, o açúcar, os iogurtes, as natas , o cacau em pó .
Demolhe a gelatina em água fria 1 minuto e depois derreta-a em 2c. (sopa) de leite.
Adicione a gelatina ao creme e bata mais um pouco.

Verta este creme na forma.
Leve ao frigorífico, até solidificar.
Deite por cima o chocolate granulado.

Desenforme, passando uma faca à volta do aro da forma, depois abra o fecho e retire-o com cuidado.
