Bolos

Receita do bolo de limão da minha avó fácil e rápido sai sempre bem

Ingredientes:

1 limão grande ou dois pequenos
50g de farinha
50g de fécula de batata

3 claras
4 gemas
100 de açúcar

Bati as claras em castelo durante 4 minutos na velocidade 3.5 com a borboleta e reservei. De seguida deitei no copo da Bimby as gemas, o açúcar e a raspa dos dois limões e bati até a mistura ficar homogénea. Quando terminou, juntei o sumo dos dois limões, as farinhas e o fermento e misturei de novo.

Finalmente, envolvi as claras em castelo na mistura anterioir e deitei numa forma untada. Levei ao forno a 160º durante 40 minutos.
