Bolos

Bolo de Banana e Amêndoa

Ingredientes:

4 bananas bem maduras
4 ovos
1 chávena de chá de pão ralado

1 chávena de chá de açúcar
1 chávena de chá de óleo
1 chávena de chá de miolo de amêndoa moída

1 chávena de chá de farinha tipo 65 sem fermento
1 colher de sobremesa de canela em pó
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó
1/2 chávena de chá de miolo de amêndoa palitada

Margarina para untar
Farinha para polvilhar
Nota: As chávenas têm a capacidade de 240 ml

Preparação:

Pré aqueça o forno a 170ºC. Unte uma forma dom margarina e polvilhe-a com farinha.
Bata as claras em castelo e reserve.

Esmague bem as bananas com um garfo, junte as gemas e o pão ralado e bata tudo muito bem.
Adicione o açúcar, o óleo, a amêndoa moída, a farinha de trigo, o fermento e a canela e volte a bater.

Por fim adicione as claras batidas e, com uma colher de pau, envolva delicadamente até ficar tudo bem incorporado.
Deite o preparado na forma e distribua sobre a massa a amêndoa palitada
Leve ao forno a cozer durante cerca de 50 minutos.
Depois de cozido, retire do forno, deixe arrefecer um pouco e desenforme.
