Leite-creme

Ingredientes:


1l de leite
3 gemas
120g de açúcar


4/5 colheres de sopa de farinha Maizena
Casca de limão
Pau de canela
1c. de chá de essência de baunilha


Preparação:
Peneire as gemas.

Num recipiente mexa bem as gemas com o açúcar.
À parte dissolva a farinha no leite e adicione este ás gemas e mexa bem.
Coloque a casca de limão e o pau de canela e leve a lume brando.


Vá mexendo até ganhar a consistência desejada.
Retire do lume e acrescente um pouco de essência de baunilha.
Sirva quente com canela, ou frio queimado com açúcar.
