Bolos

Bolo de Mel Canela e Café

Ingredientes

  • 300 grs farinha
  • 200 grs açúcar
  • 2 colheres de sopa de mel
  • 1 chávena de café
  • 1 chávena de chá de óleo
  • 1 colher de sopa de canela
  • Raspa de limão
  • 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
  • 6 ovos

Bate-se os ovos inteiros com o açúcar; junta-se a raspa, o mel e a canela e volta-se a bater tudo muito bem. Adiciona-se a farinha, o café, o fermento e o óleo e volta-se a bater tudo muito bem.

Vai ao forno pré-aquecido em forma untada e polvilhada.

Muito bom, nem se sente o sabor do mel, porque o sabor da canela se sobrepõe um pouco…
