Bolos

Bolo de bolacha e ananás

Ingredientes:

2 carteiras de gelatina de ananás
1 lata das pequenas de ananás
300 gr de bolacha maria

6 dl de natas
6 colheres de sopa de açúcar
5 dl de água( água e a calda de ananás da lata)

Preparação:

Fazer a gelatina com a água e a calda, conforme as indicações da embalagem, mas usando somente esta quantidade de água indicada e deixar arrefecer.

Com a picadora picar o ananás e deixar só 2 rodelas inteiras
Bater as natas em castelo firme, juntar o açúcar. Adicionar 2/3 da gelatina e envolver bem, juntar o ananás picado envolver bem.

Fazer camadas de creme, bolachas passadas por café, terminando com uma camada de creme de gelatina. Levar ao frio um pouco até solidificar um pouco.

Mete-se ananás aos pedaços por cima e o resto da gelatina. leva-se novamente ao frio.
Depois é só desenformar e tratar de comer esta delicia. Deve-se fazer numa forma amovível, para ser mais fácil desenformar.
