Pudins

Pudim de Café, fantástico desde a cor, à consistência ao sabor!!!

Ingredientes:

250 ml de leite
1 colher de chá de “nescafé”
5 ovos

1 lata de leite condensado
100 g de açúcar
1 colher de sopa de água

1. Leve o leite ao lume e deixe-o ferver.
2. Retire do lume, junte o café, mexa e deixe arrefecer.
3. Ligue o forno a 180ºC.

4. Deite o açúcar num tacho e junte-lhe 1 colher de sopa de água e leve ao lume até caramelizar.
5. Forre uma forma pequena, cerca de 20 cm diâmetro.
6. Numa taça, junte os ovos inteiros e bata um pouco.

7. Adicione o leite condensado e o leite com o café e misture bem.
8. Verta o preparado para a forma e leve, em banho maria, ao forno durante 40 minutos.
9. Deixe arrefecer e desenforme.
