Tortas

Fatias Reais de Laranja

Ingredientes:

6 ovos;
250 g de açúcar;
1 laranja ( raspa e sumo );

20 g de farinha;
20 g de manteiga;

Farinha, manteiga e açúcar em pó q.b.

Preparação:

Aqueça o forno a 190º C.
Numa tigela, junte os ovos com o açúcar e bata até obter um creme esbranquiçado.

Adicione a raspa e o sumo da laranja, a farinha e a manteiga. Bata até os ingredientes estarem bem misturados.
Verta este preparado num tabuleiro, previamente untado com manteiga e polvilhado com farinha.
Leve a no forno, durante cerca de 20 minutos.

Depois da torta se encontrar cozida, retire do forno e desenforme sobre um pano de cozinha, polvilhado com açúcar em pó.

Enrole a torta, deixe arrefecer e corte em fatias.
Passe estas fatias de bolo, por açúcar em pó.
