Tortas

Torta de cenoura muito deliciosa é sucesso garantido

Ingredientes:

600g de cenoura
1 pau de canela
1 laranja (raspa e sumo)
300g de açúcar

4 ovos
4 c. sopa farinha
1 c. chá de fermento
canela q.b. para polvilhar

Preparação:

Coza a cenoura numa panela com água, juntamente com um pau de canela. Quando a cenoura estiver cozida escorra a água e retire o pau de canela e triture a cenoura com a varinha mágica. Acrescente a raspa e o sumo da laranja e o açúcar. Misture bem, Acrescente os ovos um a um, batendo sempre. Acrescente a farinha com o fermento e misture.

Coloque num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal untado e leve a forno aquecido a 180º, durante 20 minutos. Desenforme para cima de um pano de cozinha bem polvilhado com açúcar. Polvilhe com canela e enrole com a ajuda do pano.
